Faridabad, 18 January (Naveen Gupta): Saffron Public School organized 2nd Founder’s Day Carnival in memory of Founder Chairman Late Sh. K.B. Sharma in its decorated ground on 15thJanuary 17, the bright and warm Sunday morning. Mother Nature turned on the sunshine to make it an enjoyable event.
Mr. Atul B. Sharma the school director declared the event open at 10 : 00 A.M. after a small Pooja. During the day School Chairman Mr. Sunil B. Sharma too graced the occasion and was over whelmed with enthusiastic response of the parents.
Kids had a ball at the colourful well decorated stalls with different types of games like Hoopla, Car Racing, Bowling, Dart on dot, find the Pepsi Can, Break the Pyramid etc. Crowed tested their fate through the game of Tambola. Various rides and huge swings, in the front of school lawn were a real hit with all.
Everyone enjoyed the live programme put up by the school dance and music group to entertain with English play, rock band & D.J., folk dances and devotional dances with Krishna Bakhti Rus and to educate the audience about women empowerment, Beti bachao, Beti padao, Swatchta & keeping clean our monuments, Corruption etc. Tiny Tots with their play and qawali won every one’s heart.
Food arena drew a horde with mouthwatering platter. There was something exciting for all age groups.
At the end people waited with their breath held for the raffle ticket draw with prizes like Mixer Juicer, Hari dryer, Sandwich Maker etc.
The event thus turned out to be a grand success.
