Aware of the fact that Training is essential to keep abreast of various facets of self employment, Mr. J.P. Malhotra, President HSPC said that a Memorandum of Understanding will be reached between HSPC and BYST where entrepreneurs will be provided Training and Knowledge Empowerment @ nominal fees.
Specialised need based Focused Training will be done in Productivity linked areas of Quality, Cost, Delivery, First-Aid, Supply Chain Management, Labour Laws, IS certification, HR functions besides other relevant modules.
In a round table meet with S/Sh. Dileep K. Jain, CGM IFCI Ltd., Pawan Kumar, GM in presence of Sh. B.N. Dewan, Advisor BYST, it was felt by all mentors present that financing of start-up enterprises is still a challenge and so is marketing. Mr. J.P. Malhotra offered his services to pursue and prevail upon SIDBI to cater to this requirement.
Maj. Gen. S.K. Dutt, Chairman Strategic Committee, in his welcome address gave the performance of BYST NCR Chapter exceeding all the targets for the year 2015-16 and Qr I of 16-17 where 13 entrepreneurs have so far been supported and awareness created amongst 1136 persons..
