Faridabad, 28 June: Compliance of provisions of Factories Act 1948 with regard to Industrial Safety and Health is road to enhancement of adequate and safe work place for the employees- said Mr. J.P. Malhotra at the Inauguration of Training Workshop organized by Technology and Personality Development Centre TAP-DC at I-18 DLF Phase-1 today
The Training Workshop designed by CEO TAP-DC Ms. Charu Smita and conducted by Er. R. P Gupta Jt. Director ISH (Retd) was attended by 25 HR Professionals nominated by reputed companies of Faridabad. Sh. Navin Hooda Astt. Director, ISH gave brief over view of the Factories Act 1948 at commencement of workshop
Er. R. P Gupta explained in detail what our HR (Personal) should know and provide for in there companies not only meet the requirements of the Law but also ensure to prevent accidents for safety of life and lose of production capacity. The Workshop was conducted at Conference Hall of TAP-DC which provided world class ambience and infrastructure. Lively Q & A followed the discussion. Videos on mechanical electrical safety was shown to gain the virtual inside of topics. A massage of ‘Beat the plastic’ was relayed to all the participants through video. Certificate of the Participation was presented to all the participants.
At the conclusion of the training, Ms. Charu Smita had all the praise the faculty for content and conduct of the Workshop, fully attentive and participative trainees. A quiz on Factories Act ISH related provision was highlight of the Workshop.
