Selling Techniques for Higher Results: J. P. Malhotra @ TAP-DC

Faridabad, 21 December: Networking & knowing your products is key to successful selling and converts your leads into order – said Mr. J.P. Malhotra Founder Chairman Technology And Personality Development Center at the conclusion of 16 hrs. Training on Selling Techniques for Higher Results.  Distributing Certificates of completion to successful trainees, Mr. Malhotra advised them to follow principle of  LAW that is Looks Actions & Words. A successful sales professional  should pay attention to above three attributes.

Mr.Subhash Jagota  MD Global Business Solutions the principle Faculty in his presentation described the methods of Negotiations, factors  resulting into sales, need for  preparation & homework that a Sales Executive should do before a customer meet. Your personality & presentation will always make a lasting impression. You should be able to convince & clarify the features of the product, how different it is from others, what the other party  stands  to gain out of this sales.

In one of the Training Sessions, Ms. Diksha Sethi Apollo Healthcare outlined the importance of relationships in a sales stressed upon the need of Trust & confidence build up by the Sales Executive so that prospective customer is satisfied with regard to value for money.

Ms. Charu Smita CEO, Technology And Personality Development Center is her session elaborated  the need of communication and skills emphasized that  proper e-mail etiquettes & conversation matters if the sale  is to be successfully concluded.

Mr. J.P. Malhotra in his special presentation on Networking Skills advised the trainees to be proactive & stand out with good positive words   & increase their vocabulary. In a very interactive session the trainees were given Tips on effective networking techniques and the soft skills needed to leave a lasting impression on the prospects besides developing a listening attitude. Taking notes, be an emphatic listener,  positive behaviors, being alert & maintaining an eye contact & controlling distractions are important traits of a successful sales professional.

The Training spread over 16 hrs – 4 hrs / week was  successfully completed by the Trainees from Securico Electronics, Sai Packaging, NE Rubber Mill, Bhartiya Valves, Genious Apparels, Ess Gee Industries, L R Foods (Perfect Bread), Wings Automobile Products, Jabro Advertising, Rinku Rubber, Imperial Auto Industries, DAV Institute of Management, Recon Learning Indo Auto Tech, HGI Automotives P. Ltd.,  India Forge and Drop Stampings Ltd., JBM Auto, Cargo People Logistics And Shipping, Dee Development Engineers Ltd., & others. Trainees  were presented Certificates of Completion besides a Book “Business Excellence through Effective Leadership” by   S/Sh. Subhash Jagota., J.P. Malhotra,  Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra.
