Faridabad, 21 february:  Proper resource utilization enhances productivity & all stakeholders have equal role & responsibility” said Mr. J.P. Malhotra President, Haryana State Productivity Council at the Multitopic Seminar held on 18th Feb @Conference Hall TAP-DC as part of National Productivity Week 2019 Celebrations

Continuous steps have to be taken by all the workforce, top to bottom, to attain goals of sustainable productivity & enhance profitability of the organization. Deliberating on the week-long activities /events organized by Haryana State Productivity Council @12th -18th Feb, Mr. J.P. Malhotra thanked all the members /Participants, organizations for their cooperation to make the celebrations & successful.

The Multitopic Seminar revolving around the Theme “Circular Economy for Productivity and Sustainability “had presentations by galaxy of experts from Industry & Academics.

Ms. Sangeeta Sharma advised the participants to reduce recycle & reuse the materials which will have impact on Environment. Dr. Naveen Garg, MO B.K. Hospital talked on “Me & My Heart” saying that healthy workforce who have to face stress is essential for Productivity. Dr. P.P Mittal FIE in his lucid presentation talked about Energy Conservation & how we can use alternative, renewable & natural sources to conserve Energy and create safe & comfortable work environments. Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra TAP-DC elaborated on relationship been skilling & productivity Training & retraining is important for development of mental faculty of employees to realize their full potential for profitability of the company. Dr. Vasdev Malhotra gave details of evolution of Circular Economy from Linear & Chain economy and how we conserve materials & resources. Efficiency of systems is key for sustainability.

Sh. H.L. Bhutani Sr. VP HSPC Chairman Jury announced the results of Slogan Competition Total 84 slogans were received First prize was bagged by Showa India, Second prize by Bhartiya Valves, Third prize by Imperial Auto Industries. Two consolation prizes were given to Bhavnish Metals & Showa India.
